Khushtar Heritage Collective and HeritageForAll initiative cordially invite you to apply for the joint online activity “Heritage Catalyst Program” during the upcoming summer vacation.

​

We are pleased to announce the Heritage Catalyst Program 2025, an intensive and collaborative initiative designed for emerging professionals and researchers in the fields of cultural heritage, conservation, and museum studies.

​

We will be selecting a cohort of 20 dedicated trainees who will engage in the program over a period of two months (May – July 2025).

Aligned with the overarching theme of "Sustainability of Heritage Conservation and Corporate Atmosphere," the program emphasizes the importance of shared responsibility and safeguarding of identity in the conservation process.

​

Selected trainees will work under the guidance and supervision of experienced mentors. They will contribute as researchers and practitioners by actively engaging with the core themes of the program. Each trainee will be expected to explore at least one of the specified thematic areas, and develop thoughtful academic and/or design-based outputs.

How to Apply

Please fill in the application (here), before 10 May 2025 midnight (CET), including one of your previous assignments, professional report, or (academic) research papers and one high-resolution (distinguished) personal photo in a heritage space.

Legibility

Education: The applicants must be a post-graduate diploma holder, Masters student or Bachelor graduate from the following interdisciplinary backgrounds: archaeology; cultural development; heritage studies; museum studies; anthropology; cultural management; economics and business administration; education; fine arts; graphic design; animation arts; architecture; history; agriculture; nutrition; cultural tourism.

Skills:

Good command of English; interpersonal skills; time management skills; the sense of organization; analytical capabilities; and high passion for safeguarding, preserving, and transforming his/her cultural heritage and identity.

Instructions

  • The joint program is TOTALLY free of charge;

  • English language is an official language that the program staff and trainees will use for communication, letters, and other outcomes of the program;

  • Trainee accepts the following obligations with respect to his/her participation in the program:

  • To provide the program with a draft of the proposed essays and a copy of all collected materials;

  • To provide immediate written notice in case of such circumstances which might prevent the trainee from completing the program.

  • To get an e-certificate for completing the program, a trainee should submit 80 % of the tasks.

Recruitment Procedures Timeline

  • 15 April 2025 - Launching the program 

  • 10 May 2025 - Deadline of receiving the application

  • 20 May 2025 - Sending the acceptance for the selected candidates

  • 23 May 2025 - Deadline of confirming the participation 

  • 25 May 2025 - Ice Break and Introduction
